Instead of dieting start eating breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. Avoid eating late meals ; snacks. Consume 6 raw or steamed vegetables daily, 3 fruits, whole grains, beans, legumes and high fibre foods.

Reduce Carbohydrates, white flour, white rice, white bread, salt, fried foods, all artificial colors and flavors, soda drinks, fruit juices and excess coffee.
